After you have updated the form library and redeployed the app with a new version, go back to the Google Sheet, open the Form editor, and save it again. This is required to clear the old cache.

I had updated to the latest libraries a week or two ago (291 v9) and everything was working, but today I heard from 2 users that the File Picker was not working. I tried and had the same issue. Just trying things, dropped the library back down to 287 v8, redeployed, and the File Picker started working again.

I see there is also a problem when a user uses an Adblocker, this must be disabled.

In our testing, the adblocker will not likely be an issue.

When I go to click "BROWSE" to upload a file, the window does not appear to upload the file. No error message appears.
I am using Chrome, I am logged-out of my gmail account.
I have tried this on several different devices.
