With Mail Merge, you can add different CC and BCC addresses for each recipient.


Open your Mail merge sheet and create two additional columns - CC and BCC. Now you can include one or more email addresses in these columns - put them comma-separated - and they'll be cc'ed and bcc'ed automatically during the mail merge.


This is useful is you wish to cc or bcc your CRM (like Salesforce or Hubspot) or support helpdesk system (like Zendesk or Freshdesk).
